This provides the officers and future company leaders with a more ‘hands-on’ and practical approach to leadership. It also ensures that the leadership concepts and tools are strongly linked to the mission, vision, and values as well as appraisal and competency management processes of the company.

» Senior Officer Conference
Its main objectives are to show in words and actions the desire to increase and improve ship-shore collaboration and communication; involve top management, ship and shore personnel in joint activities; involve the officers in the subjects being presented, listen to them and collect their feedback; involve the officers in the process of increasing the awareness of how ship-shore collaboration can be improved; ensure post-seminar follow-up; and communicate and use key learnings and feedback.
