» Senior Officer Conference
Its main objectives are to show in words and actions the desire to increase and improve ship-shore collaboration and communication; involve top management, ship and shore personnel in joint activities; involve the officers in the subjects being presented, listen to them and collect their feedback; involve the officers in the process of increasing the awareness of how ship-shore collaboration can be improved; ensure post-seminar follow-up; and communicate and use key learnings and feedback.

» Masters Workshop
This aims at empowering the participants to deal with different circumstances and issues while performing their daily work on board.
