We are delighted to announce that the Safety Delta app is now available for download on the Google Play Store.
The Safety Delta app is an on-board tool to help seafarers keep a continuous improvement mindset and correct any poor safety behaviour even before anything goes wrong. Specifically, this app provides guidance on how to do the different tasks for each of the three stages of Safety Delta – Diagnosis, Dialogue, and Development.
Through the app, Safety Delta subscribers can access various learning materials focusing on different safety and human performance areas. It also serves as an electronic storage of relevant dialogue sheets, notes, and action plans.

Norden Synergy Ship Management (NSSM) recently enrolled
seven more vessels in the Safety Delta programme. Now, the company has a total of 22 vessels under Safety Delta. The Safety Delta team welcomes the new NSSM vessels and looks forward to supporting their efforts towards on-board safety culture development.
