Culture refers to a common set of behaviours and values shared by a group of people. This webinar deals with the meaning of culture with the aim to improve professionals’ inter-cultural communication during work and off-work time aboard, as well as when there is ship-shore communication. This webinar employs examples and questions for reflection to make the learning experience both educational and entertaining.
