Performance Delta Webinar I

Performance Delta is a proactive performance tool designed to help the Senior Management Team (SMT) members develop performance on board through collaboration with the crew. It consists of three stages: Diagnosis, Dialogue and Development.

The Performance Delta process

Performance Delta consists of 3 stages linked together in a continuous loop: Diagnosis, Dialogue and Development.

Diagnosis: First all crew on board review relevant performance areas by answering a series of questions. Upon completion, a diagnosis report with the finding will be sent to the Senior Management Team (SMT).

Dialogue: Then the SMT, together with the crew, discuss the result form the Diagnosis stage. They engage in a dialogue session where they share their perspectives and ideas.

Finally, Development where SMT agree upon development ideas, initiate the development activities on board, and follow up to ensure that good initiatives are implemented.
