This webinar deals with the importance of giving corrective feedback to individuals who have either done something unsafe or committed a mistake. It covers two structured ways of giving corrective feedback - the Sandwich and the SOED feedback models. Both models intend to create an atmosphere where the person on the receiving end will easily accept the feedback as a piece of advice on how to improve their performance.
