Bjarke is one of the founding partners of Green-Jakobsen. He has a certificate of competency as Master Mariner and apart from his experience on board he has worked shore based as Operator, Nautical Superintendent, and Crewing Manager. Bjarke is a facilitator/instructor, a trained mediator and a NLP Master Practitioner. He is authorized by the Danish Maritime Authority as Safety & Health Instructor and certified user of the Thomas PPA system.

Bjarke is developing, managing and organising training contents, learning methods and courses in relation to client projects. His core competencies cover Leadership learning and development, Marine HR and safety strategy development, Marine HR learning and development processes and competence management.

Junal Gatungay, Jr. Maritime Training Facilitator Lead Learning Facilitator for DMA Courses Manila. Junal is an experienced maritime officer and maritime instructor. He is also a certified instructor for the Danish flag state. At Green-Jakobsen, Junal uses his creative and engagement-focused facilitation skills to deliver courses for worldwide clients. He has been designing and facilitating safety, leadership, and soft skills training programmes for classroom, online, and on-board set-ups for a decade.     Junal is a certified practitioner of the Thomas PPA, Predictive Index, and SHL OPQ personality profiling systems. He has also authored maritime safety textbooks for schools in the Philippines. When Junal isn’t facilitating courses, you’ll find him out and about with his three energetic dogs.

Allan is a licensed Master Mariner whose career includes a stint as a training superintendent for bulk carrier operations. He is a certified instructor for the Danish flag state. At Green-Jakobsen, he oversees the Manila office and brings his extensive experience to the development of safety and leadership courses. He skilfully facilitates workshops, conferences, online training, and face-to-face training on various soft skills such as communication, team leadership, cultural awareness, conflict management, and mental health awareness. Allan is a certified practitioner of the Thomas PPA, Predictive Index, and SHL OPQ personality profiling systems. When he’s not wearing his office hats, you’ll find him raising rabbits as a hobby, business venture, and commitment to a healthier meat option for his family.
