Who We Are 

Junal is an experienced maritime officer and instructor. He is also a certified instructor for the Danish flag state. At Green-Jakobsen, Junal uses his creative and engagement-focused facilitation skills to deliver courses to worldwide clients. He designs and facilitates safety, leadership, and soft skills training programmes for classroom, online, and on-board set-ups.

Junal is a certified practitioner of the Thomas PPA, Predictive Index, and SHL OPQ personality profiling systems. He has also authored maritime safety textbooks for schools in the Philippines.

Based in Denmark, Henrik is a Master Mariner with a background in shipping spanning over 40 years. He has almost 20 years’ experience at sea, followed by more than 20 years in shore-based positions in Asia, West Africa, and Europe, working with container operations, safety, training and education, and crew management at A.P. Moller – Maersk, Thome Ship Management, and The Swire Group.

Since joining Green-Jakobsen, Henrik has facilitated numerous courses, both classroom and online training, on a wide range of subjects for several clients, with a particular focus on leadership and mental health awareness. Henrik is a certified practitioner of the Thomas PPA and the Predictive Index personality profiling systems. He also has vast working experience with other systems, such as MBTI and FIRO-B.

Salvi plays a pivotal role in assisting with both online and in-person courses and conferences. She also assigns and monitors the monthly schedules of the Training Support Team, contributing to the seamless operation of training initiatives.

Diane also collaborates with other departments and is actively involved in developing learning materials, proofreading content, and facilitating script-to-storyboard conversions for compelling visual content.

Isabel also skilfully crafts and proofreads articles, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns. She also takes part in creating engaging essays, scripts, and storyboards to enhance the company’s online and offline presence.

Camille is a Multimedia Artist with over eight years of industry experience. She holds a degree in Multimedia Arts and is skilled in illustration, graphic design, animation, and video editing. She has extensive experience creating visual materials that support communication and learning initiatives.

At Green-Jakobsen, Camille is responsible for producing graphics and animations that enhance the company’s training materials and digital content. Her work ensures that complex concepts are presented in an engaging and visually coherent manner.

Her core competencies include visual storytelling, motion design, and multimedia production. Creative and detail-oriented, Camille combines artistic sensibility with technical expertise to deliver high-quality outputs that align with the company’s goals and standards.

Vicky has a diploma as an Office Assistant, specialising in Business Administration, Economics, and quality development within the administrative function. Her core competencies cover accounting and finance, and she is responsible for our financial and management reporting. She is in charge of all financial transactions, along with all daily office matters in our Copenhagen office.

Vicky has more than a decade of experience in administration and finance, which she gained from various companies in international environments in Australia and Sweden before joining Green-Jakobsen in 2015.

Kimberly holds a degree in institutional management. At Green-Jakobsen, she serves as a SCORA administrator, handling client concerns, preparing and generating surveys, and providing updates to clients.

Kimberly collaborates with different departments to prepare materials for online and in-person training courses and conferences, both locally and internationally. Kim also provides reliable support during the delivery of courses and conferences and in assisting clients in navigating the learning management systems. 

James’ career also includes experience in proofreading and client support. Passionate about learning, he has also attended training in technical writing. 

Hail holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast arts. At Green-Jakobsen, she is involved in the administration of the learning management system, providing back-end support for online and classroom training, converting course modules into learning platform content, and conducting systems and app testing.

Her responsibilities also include compiling feedback on newly developed systems and applications and assisting in identifying and collecting inputs for sales and marketing materials. Her experience as an HR administrative officer has honed her organisational and administrative abilities, while her stint as a front desk officer has strengthened her client relations skills.

Jell has a background in information technology. At Green-Jakobsen, she is involved in the administration of the learning management system, providing back-end support for online and in-person courses and conferences, and converting modules into engaging platform content.

Process-oriented, Jell is also involved in testing and collecting feedback on newly developed systems and applications and contributes to their refinement and optimisation. She has gained extensive experience working as an HR assistant and training assistant. She has also taken training in effective communication.

Mario’s main responsibilities include handling back-end support for our in-house systems, particularly editing and filing tasks that help keep our operations organised and efficient. Before joining Green-Jakobsen, he worked in the marine industry with a focus on accounting.

Ashley has experience in client, partner, and supplier communication; regional and local events; administrative support; social media content creation; records management; and other related tasks.

As part of the Safety and Performance Delta Team at Green-Jakobsen, Ashley supports daily operations, maintains records, assists clients, and provides general support for projects and processes.

Her core competencies include communication and coordination, administration and record-keeping, project support, content and report preparation, workflow and process management, and problem-solving and organisation.
